This website is an open directory of hospitality Venues (Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Hotels) and community Events on the Costa del Sol, in the province of Málaga (Spain). Most of the directory is derived from OpenStreetMap data, enriched with photos, opening hours, and contact details contributed by venue owners and our editors.
3. General conditions of use
Accessing and using the website grants the user the status of "user", and implies acceptance of the present conditions as published at any moment. The user undertakes to use the website and its content appropriately and not to engage in activities that violate the law or harm the rights of third parties.
4. Intellectual property
All contents of the website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, and the underlying software, are the property of the service provider or its licensors and are protected by Spanish and EU intellectual property law. OpenStreetMap derived data is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL).
5. Limitation of liability
The service provider will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the website, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the site, or the transmission of malware, provided that such limitations are permitted by applicable law.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any disputes that may arise from the use of the website or the interpretation and application of these conditions, the parties submit to the courts of Málaga (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
