Every Malaga.today listing is fully indexed in our directory, appears in town and category browse pages, and is included in our multilingual search (English, Spanish, German, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Dutch, Arabic).
- Organic ranking is never paid. The order of results is always based on relevance, distance, and review signals - not on payment. The footer "no pay-to-rank" line is still true.
- AI Search Visibility: Free and Growth listings are Listed & AI-crawlable: search engines and AI assistants can read your page. Priority adds a daily sweep that fixes anything broken the same day.
- Annual savings: pay yearly and save €40 (Growth) or €70 (Priority) versus paying monthly. The Custom plan is custom-priced - contact us for a tailored quote.
Prices exclude VAT. Spanish VAT (21%) and EU cross-border rules apply. Existing subscribers on the prior pricing stay on the prior price. Only new signups see the new tiers.
Common questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade any time and we'll prorate the difference. You can downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle. Your listing stays live, you just lose the higher-tier features.
What happens to my existing listing if I don't pay?
Your listing stays on Malaga.today exactly as it is. Claim, photos, description, and tags up to the Free limit (2 tags). You simply won't have the Featured badge, extra tags, or Priority's daily visibility checks. We design the Custom plan around your venue - contact us.
Is there a setup fee?
No. No setup fee, no hidden charges, no minimum term. Pay month-to-month or save with annual.
How do I pay?
Card via Stripe, or PayPal. Both show up at checkout once you choose a paid plan.
What does "checked daily, fixed same-day" actually do?
Every day we run a sweep of how your listing shows up in Google search and in AI assistants like ChatGPT. If something breaks (a tag disappears, a description gets truncated, a redirect goes wrong), we flag it, fix it, and tell you what changed.
It's checked daily, fixed same-day, but not "fully automated" or "instant." Anything outside a narrow whitelist of safe fixes goes through a diff-then-approve step first, so we never silently change your listing.
Does Featured placement change my organic ranking?
No. The Featured badge is a curated-placement slot, not a ranking boost. Organic search ranking is always based on relevance, distance, and review signals. Never on payment.

An eligible active listing is a property currently available for sale or rent, supplied through an approved agency source (feed, export, API, or agency-authorized website source), and meeting Malaga.today requirements for publishing rights, accurate property data, current availability, freshness, duplicate suppression, image and copy permissions, and fair use. We can work with approved agency sources, such as a feed, export, API, or agency-authorized website source. Agency approval and publishing rights are required before listings are published.
How do the listing caps work?
Multi covers 3 sale and 3 rental, 6 active listings total (€800/month or €8,000/year, save €1,600). Multi Business covers 9 sale and 9 rental, 18 active listings total (€2,000/month or €20,000/year, save €4,000) and is the most popular plan. Custom covers unlimited sale and unlimited rental listings together with top placement and a featured badge in curated hubs - tailored to your agency.
