Find the door. No sign. No handle on the street side. Ring the bell marked 'Z'. If it's busy, wait. If it's not, walk in and trust the bartender.
ZAS opened in 2019 above a tailor's shop on Calle Alcazabilla. The room holds 18 people. There's a six-seat bar, a small standing area, and a corner with two leather chairs that get claimed early.
Drinks are made with house infusions. The negroni rotates every three months, the gin selection leans Spanish (Boar Premium, Gin Eva). No menu. Tell the bartender what you like; they will make it.
Prices: 9€ to 14€ per drink. Card and cash. Open 9pm to 2am, Wednesday to Saturday. Closed Sunday through Tuesday.
No phone number, no email, no Instagram DMs open. You either find it or you do not. The door code changes weekly.
Reservation is not a word they use.
